❓ Frequently Asked Questions (The “High” Level Edition) 🌿💨

You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers. Or at least some thoughts we wrote down while the coffee was hot and the vapor was thick. ☕️🌬️

Q: Why does this site even exist?

A: Because we were tired of “The Cloud” being just someone else’s computer in a cold, boring basement. We wanted a digital home that smells like fresh herbs, runs on open-source code, and doesn’t sell your soul to advertisers. Also, because we can. 🛠️✨

Q: Is it true that the server runs on a Raspberry Pi?

A: Yes! It’s a tiny Pi 5 with 8 GB RAM doing the work of a giant. Think of it as the Yoda of servers: Small in size, but strong with the Force (and heavily overclocked on chill vibes). If the site is a bit slow, it’s probably just taking a deep breath. 🍓🥧

Q: What is your “Lifestyle” exactly?

A: Imagine a Venn diagram where Clean CodePremium WeedMinimalist Travel, and Utilitarian Hacking overlap. In that tiny, glowing center, you’ll find us. We code by day, chill by night, and travel whenever the CLI gets too familiar. 🌍💻

Q: Do I have to smoke to join the community?

A: Not at all! We welcome everyone who is “high” on life, freedom, and decentralized tech. Whether you prefer THC, CBD, or just a really good espresso and a clean C++ compiler—if you’re chill, you’re in. ☕️🤝

Q: Why Seafile-Cloud, Mail-Server and XMPP? Why not WhatsApp or Google?

A: Because we like our privacy like we like our plants: Homegrown. Why let a billionaire read your DMs when you can have a server that respects your “Right to be Left Alone”? Plus, XMPP makes us feel like 90s hackers. 🕵️‍♂️🔒

Q: I sent a message and nobody replied. Why?

A: Three possibilities:

  1. We are currently debugging a kernel panic. 💻🔥
  2. We are on a plane to a place with no 5G. ✈️🏝️
  3. We just discovered a really good new strain and forgot how to use a keyboard for a minute. 🌿🫠
Please be patient. We’ll get back to you once the headspace is clear.

Q: Can I host my illegal cat-video collection on your SSD?

A: As long as it’s legal and doesn’t kill our bandwidth—sure. But remember: Our SSD is fast, but it’s not infinite. Respect the storage, and the storage will respect you. 🐱💾
